Their service department staff and manager, Simon, went above and beyond to service our EV and replace it's 12v battery. Highly recommended.

About a month ago my car stalled in front of the dealership on Broadway, in the middle of the intersection. I ran into the dealership requesting help with a boost, and they're team was awesome! They came out with three different booster packs to try and get my battery up and running, even digging into the manual to figure out how we could get the car into neutral without battery power (it's all electrical). Eventually the boosters worked and I was able to get on my way, the battery was obviously shot, but I made it to my play and got on stage in time. A big shout out to the 4!!! guys who came out to help, thank you to you all!!!

The customer service is kind and efficient (thank you Raj) and they cleaned my car inside and out during the repair.
